We cannot help with orders, refunds, complaints, job applications, rewards accounts or anything else that requires a member of Sheetz staff. For all of that, contact Sheetz through its own official website, app or store. Writing to us will only delay you.
Before you write
Can you help with a Sheetz order or refund?
No. We are an independent reference site with no connection to Sheetz, Inc. We cannot see orders, issue refunds, contact a store or escalate a complaint. Anything involving an actual transaction has to go through Sheetz directly, through its own app, website or store.
A price on your site does not match my store. Is it wrong?
Possibly not. Sheetz prices vary by state and by market, and travel plaza locations often price above standalone stores. Our figures come from a Pennsylvania store. If the gap is large or you have seen the same difference in several states, tell us and we will look at it.
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to answer within three working days. Corrections are read first because they change what other readers see, so those tend to be handled fastest.
Can I request a guide for a specific item?
Yes, and these requests genuinely shape what gets written next. Tell us the item and, if you can, what you wanted to know about it that you could not find. That second part is the useful bit.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish guest content, sponsored posts or paid links of any kind, and we do not sell placements inside our tables or guides. Emails offering these will not receive a reply.
Can I use your tables on my own site?
The underlying prices are Sheetz figures and are not ours to license. The way we have organised, calculated and written about them is our work, so please do not republish our tables or copy. A link to the relevant page is always welcome.
